Freshworks Inc., a leading Saas giant, has appointed Srinivasan Raghavan as its new Chief Product Officer (CPO). With over 20 years of leadership experience in enterprise SaaS, Raghavan will spearhead the company’s product vision and strategy to enhance its AI-powered customer experience (CX) and employee experience (EX) solutions. He will report directly to Dennis Woodside, CEO and President of Freshworks.
Woodside expressed his excitement about Raghavan joining the team, stating that he is a key addition to lead innovation and drive growth across the company’s three key business priorities: employee experience, artificial intelligence, and customer experience. He also highlighted Raghavan’s track record of driving enterprise growth and managing complex multi-product scaling efforts, along with his bold vision for the future of AI, as the reasons for his unique qualifications to lead the CX and EX product strategy.
Raghavan’s previous experience includes serving as CPO at RingCentral, where he expanded the company’s portfolio with new cloud-based solutions for contact centers, marketing, and sales intelligence. He also led the development of AI-driven digital engagement and workflow automation tools as the senior vice president at Five9. Raghavan has also held leadership roles at Cisco, contributing to the Applications Software and Collaboration Business units.
