LTIMindtree, a leading global technology consulting and digital solutions firm, has recently launched its Cyber Defense Resiliency Center (CDRC) in Bengaluru. The new center is focused on leveraging AI, including generative AI, to enhance cybersecurity measures and help enterprises combat the growing cyber threats. The CDRC offers end-to-end support for the cyber threat lifecycle, providing global clients with predictive analytics, threat detection, and incident response solutions. By automating security operations with AI, the center enables companies to reduce risks, improve efficiency, and focus on their core business objectives.
According to Nachiket Deshpande, Whole-Time Director and COO of LTIMindtree, AI and cybersecurity are at the core of the company’s operations. He stated, “We are excited to launch this AI-driven CDRC for our global clients. This center can help our clients respond to security incidents in real-time, minimizing the impact of cyberattacks. It also allows human analysts to focus on more complex tasks.”
The CDRC operates 24/7 and serves as a hub for LTIMindtree’s global cybersecurity specialists, offering cyber threat intelligence and incident response services. It features a state-of-the-art facility with 100 seats, which also serves as an experience center to showcase the company’s capabilities to clients. In line with LTIMindtree’s “AI in Everything” strategy, the CDRC offers platform-based solutions that are proactive, prescriptive, and cognitively autonomous. Leveraging natural language processing and data interpretation, the center can predict potential threats and provide clients with actionable insights.
Deshpande also added, “With increasing security risks, we consistently upgrade our cybersecurity capabilities to safeguard client and partner data. With this CDRC, we will continue our focus on security while also enhancing the skills and experience of our employees.”
Earlier this year, LTIMindtree and IBM announced a collaboration to establish a global, joint Generative AI Center of Excellence (CoE) in India. The co-innovation center will combine the power of IBM Watson AI and data platform with LTIMindtree’s engineering skills. This partnership will further strengthen LTIMindtree’s AI capabilities and enable them to provide cutting-edge solutions to their clients.
In conclusion, the launch of the CDRC by LTIMindtree is a significant step towards enhancing cybersecurity measures and combating cyber threats. With the use of AI, the center aims to provide proactive and prescriptive solutions to its clients, making it a valuable asset in today’s digital landscape.
